Heritage Hills is a award winning planned condominium community, divided into the East Hill and West Hill locations. There is a golf course, activity center, several swimming pools, tennis courts, paddle tennis and various meeting and club rooms.
Heritage Hills is in Somers NY, close proximity to Danbury CT, White Plains, and major highways and shopping. It is less than an hour's drive to Manhattan and thirty minutes to White Plains. A shuttle service is also available to the nearby Metro North commuter train station.
Life Style
A self-contained community offering one of the best lifestyles that can be found anywhere in the northeast region of the U.S., Heritage Hills is located on 1,100 acres of rolling, wooded countryside, of which 40% will be forever retained as open space.
Everything at Heritage Hills is designed to enhance the quality of living. This self-contained, luxury village also has its own shuttle service to shopping areas. There are numerous clubs and organizations with interests that range from gardening to sculpting. The Activities Center has its own art studios, a private library and a theater which the Drama Club uses for regular performances. It also includes rooms for billiards, table tennis, bridge, and woodworking.
The adjacent Fitness Center includes exercise equipment, whirlpool bath, sauna, and lockers. The Main Activities Center also features a heated swimming pool, two paddle tennis courts, and three tennis courts.
There are currently three "satellite" recreation areas, each containing a swimming pool, tennis court and cabana.
Condominium Associations
Each condominium group, of which there are thirty, has its own elected Board of Managers. These boards are responsible for the common areas within each condominium group. Roads, landscaping, building exteriors, snow and trash removal are all a part of the common areas. They also manage the affairs of each specific condominium group.
Heritage Hills Society
The Society Office is an elected volunteer board that has responsibility for areas, buildings, common roads, security and facilities common to all the homeowners. These include the Activities Center and recreation facilities, main roads, and satellite pools. They manage the affairs of the community related to all of the homeowners.
